Chain/system approach

A number of organisations in Leiden, ranging from consultation offices till universities, are working on a continues learning paths for top talent. The municipality of Leiden supports this network. These organisations are working together in the field of early recognizing talents, offering sufficient supply of education and courses, a warm transfer between educational institutes and coaching of students who feel the need for additional support. This intensive cooperation, in which knowledge and experience is begin shared, will help top talent in their development. The partners from Leiden will inform the other partners in the consortium on the approach, handling obstacles in the preparation and the continued rollout. In the Czech Republic cooperation for talent education is organized on national and regional level.
